Beginning during preconstruction, BCCI was a critical team member for the build-out of Greylock Partner’s company headquarters in a new two-story building located on Sand Hill Road. Using BCCI’s proprietary Real Time Estimator program, the team was able to identify cost drivers during schematic design and work collaboratively with the client and architect to value engineer the project prior to construction drawings – providing the most cost effective, high-design construction plan. With a fast track schedule, final details were selected in the field while construction activities commenced. Green elements and materials were incorporated throughout the space. The sustainable project, which recently achieved LEED CI Gold certification – exceeding Greylock Partner’s sustainability goals for their new office, includes a welcoming new lobby, perimeter offices, a state-of-the-art conference room, private meeting rooms, a lounge, and a gym for its employees.
