BCCI Construction has completed multiple renovation projects for this highly regarded international law firm, beginning with the launch of its first San Francisco office in 2003 and later in 2007 with the relocation of its Silicon Valley office to Palo Alto and refresh in 2018.

The latest renovation of the firm’s San Francisco office, a refresh of the existing space at 555 California Street, aimed to modernize the facility consistent with the company’s brand image. The project was phased and completed with the use of swing space. The scope of work included extensive budgeting during preconstruction; demolition; design assist mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; carpentry; and new finishes throughout. To save on costs, the existing perimeter offices remained mainly intact and were updated with new office fronts, paint, carpet, and millwork. The renovated space exudes quality and integrity, matching the company’s principles and values. By reconciling our client’s vision for the new office environment with their budget prior to the start of construction, BCCI was able to deliver a truly impressive space that achieved all their goals.
