The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency hired BCCI for the renovation and restoration of this 100-year old historic structures project located along the South Beach harbor of San Francisco. The scope of work included specialized underwater marine engineering, beautification of the west and south wall fa├žades, and structural repairs to the north and east sides of the building. The south side features a new walkway with embedded remnants of an original cable car track-rail in the deck. Additional improvements to the structure are new epay wood doors, an ornamental entrance gate, paved walkways, and new tenant signage.
