From preconstruction through construction, BCCI Construction was a critical team member for the relocation of investment firm Symphony Asset Management’s office from the 29th floor to the 31st floor at 555 California Street. BCCI provided comprehensive estimating, value analysis, and permitting services prior to asbestos abatement and the build-out of new improvements. The project includes a reception area with porcelain tile floors and intricate marble and metal wall cladding, a board room with switchable privacy glass, private and open office space with custom millwork, a state-of-the-art trading area, a kitchen, and a server room. This highly detailed interiors project was delivered on schedule to the complete satisfaction of our client.

BCCI previously completed a phased renovation of Symphony Asset Management’s 29th floor office in 2006.
