“Our first project with BCCI was to complete a spec suite as well as a retail space in a newly developed building in San Francisco. Our task was to deliver two tenant improvement projects which would be the first tenant deliverables in the building. We had priced the projects out to multiple contractors and design groups but were intrigued by the all-encompassing integrated delivery method with BCCI. Pricing was competitive, but the fact that the process was basically a ‘one-stop-shop’ really made a difference in efficiencies gained.

The budget was strictly adhered to, and communication challenges were vastly improved over the alternative methods. The process, from design through construction to a deliverable product, was virtually flawless. So much so that the ownership has continued with BCCI on the next tenant improvement project.
