In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop integrated marketing communications and strategic proposals that communicate BCCI’s unique brand and service offerings across all markets. This includes working cross-functionally with our business development and operations teams to manage the entire RFP/interview process to win projects with high-profile clients. You’ll be the team quarterback who dives into the details to help develop the pursuit strategy, including identifying our approach and which team members to engage; determining, communicating, and tracking internal deadlines; scheduling interview preparation meetings; and preparing creative, impactful presentation materials so teams can be their most successful.
Additionally, you’ll work directly with the Senior Director of Marketing to enhance BCCI’s brand position and voice in the marketplace with compelling messaging in collateral, direct marketing campaigns, and social media that supports the company’s geographic and market sector growth. You’ll also get to partner with internal teams, committees, and employee resource groups to promote our unique culture and community outreach initiatives.
Representative Tasks and Responsibilities
• RFQ & RFP response management. Support the business development by creating marketing packages, qualifications responses, proposals and presentation materials. Work with the business development and operations teams to provide a coordinated client proposal and response effort for all markets.
• Content management and data integrity. Support and contribute to internal systems and information management including data archiving and maintenance of company, team member, and project portfolios, project photography, site logistics, project approaches, client testimonials, and references.
• Support Senior Director with content development for new marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and social media.
• Departmental procedures and brand compliance. Provide interdepartmental training on workflows, processes, and BCCI’s Style Guide.
• Collaborate with marketing team members on inventory and replenishment of sales collateral, marketing materials, and promotional items.
• Event planning and promotion. Help maintain calendar to expand and cultivate client relationships, inclusive of industry events, mass mailings, promotional programs. Support coordination of company events and client and business partner events.
• Collaborate on other marketing initiatives, and perform other tasks and projects as required.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, English, or other relevant field preferred
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Salesforce, Unanet (Cosential), Open Asset, social media, and video conferencing platforms. Experience with WordPress and video creation/editing software a plus.
• Enthusiastic self-starter committed to excellence.
• Knowledge of the construction RFP process with proposal preparation experience.
• Strong graphic design background with presentation creation and creative production capabilities.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and grammar skills to develop new content (proposals, project descriptions, brochures, social media posts, etc.). Prior experience with corporate communications, press releases, and award submissions is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment, cross-functionally, and with consultants.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, multi-task, and manage deadlines.
• Willingness to represent our brand in professional group settings, at industry events, and community service activities.
Experience
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in a deadline driven B2B Marketing capacity. Three or more years A/E/C or Real Estate industry experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000.
