BCCI is intentional in the way we do business.
We make a conscious effort to leverage the unique talents of reputable, experienced subcontractor partners who provide high-quality goods and services and whose values align with our business strategy. We actively source partners and familiarize new contractors with our bidding processes to ensure equal opportunity to work on our projects.
Prequalification
We require that all subcontractors prequalify annually to bid and contract work with our company.
As a subsidiary of STO Building Group, we have partnered with COMPASS for our subcontractor prequalification program. COMPASS is a secure, web-based application designed to allow subcontractors to efficiently satisfy prequalification requests from multiple GCs by completing a single prequalification form (COMPASS 1Form).
If you would like to bid on work with our company, CLICK HERE to get prequalified.
As part of the prequalification process, please be prepared to submit the following supporting documentation.
All information is kept strictly confidential and used only for prequalification purposes. Should you have any questions regarding the prequalification process, visit Subcontractors | STO Building Group to learn more or contact us directly at prequal@bcciconst.com.
