BCCI partnered with the Consulate General of the Netherlands during preconstruction to build a modern office space for the relocation of several Dutch government entities, including the Consular, Economic, and Press and Culture departments from Los Angeles to the Post Montgomery Building in downtown San Francisco. The team utilized BCCI’s Real Time Estimator to ensure from project onset that the goals would be aligned upfront and that the project would come in on budget. This new office now serves as the main location for the Dutch government’s activities in the Western United States. The Consulate’s goal to achieve LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), resulted in sustainable features such as lighting systems and material selections that provide longevity and minimize energy use.
