BCCI Construction Names New President

Dominic Sarica Has Been Promoted to President as Michael Scribner Remains in the CEO Role

SAN FRANCISCO, April 14, 2022 — BCCI Construction has announced that Dominic Sarica is assuming the role of President and will continue to serve as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. In his expanded role, Sarica will partner with Chief Strategy Officer John Kranz to lead the organization. Michael Scribner, who has led BCCI as President and CEO for 20 years, remains as CEO of the company.

Sarica joined BCCI in December 2003 after partnering with the company on several projects as a Studio Director with Gensler. During his tenure at BCCI, he helped establish the Silicon Valley office and implemented new services to provide integrated project delivery, including program management, architecture, and the early stages of the firm’s Professional Services Group, which Kranz has further developed over the last several years. As COO, Sarica has led many significant initiatives, including BCCI’s growth objectives, goal planning and succession, and the transformation to a cross-functional studio model.

As President, Sarica will work in a co-leadership position with Kranz, who will continue to focus on the company’s geographic and market sector expansions to build resiliency, diversification, and sustained growth. Kranz will also continue to lead business development, Client Services, and collaborative partnering with STO Building Group and Global Services.
