SAN FRANCISCO, March 13, 2017 – The San Francisco (SF), East Bay and Silicon Valley (SV) chapters of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, in partnership with The Registry, are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2nd Annual ELEVATE awards, an iconic Bay Area-wide celebration of women in the commercial real estate industry.

The ceremony honoring companies and exemplary men and women making a positive impact in today’s real estate industry took place recently at the Paramount Theatre of the Arts in Oakland, Calif., with over 400 people in attendance. Kena David, CREW SF member and a sustainability manager with BCCI Construction, accepted the Rising Rock Star Award, which is given to a woman thirty-five years or younger, who demonstrates early promise as an industry leader. In her role at BCCI, David provides key sustainability leadership and team expertise, and she has completed dozens of sustainable projects under LEED, including one of the world’s first LEED v4 for Commercial Interiors projects targeting Platinum certification.
