Robert Edington

Rob is a seasoned legal professional with experience in public and private construction, commercial and real estate transactions, corporate and regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights and civil litigation. Rob’s past employment includes working as general counsel for a large commercial contractor and engineering firm, operating his own legal consulting business, and prior to joining BCCI, as a Director of Development in the Real Estate Group for retailer RH. In his role at BCCI, Rob leads and implements compliance and risk mitigation controls for our business. His balanced, solutions-based approach focuses on what is in the best interest of all stakeholders. Additionally, during the COVID-19 health crisis, Rob helped us navigate the myriad of legal and regulatory requirements in all regions where we operate.
