Senior Project Manager
×BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles.
The Senior Project Manager provides overall construction/business management direction for single and/or multiple projects to ensure quality control, profitability, and client satisfaction. Primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction by understanding and communicating the client’s vision/objectives for the project, producing on time project delivery, and meeting client’s established budget. Responsibilities:
• Assume overall project responsibility from preconstruction through closeout to include but not limited to client relations, subcontractor relations, constructability, team collaboration, project schedule, reports and budgets. Set up and maintain all documents that will pertain to the project to ensure procedural and contractual compliance.
• Initiate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, architectural/engineering contacts, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and other project team members. Maintain effective working relationships within the various departments of the Company.
• Provide an accurate monthly job cost commitment report, over/under billings and cash flow projection for active projects.
• Assume responsibility for the monthly billing procedure to ensure it is completed in a timely and accurate manner; set up project billing projections at start of project, review and approve subcontractor invoices and verify timely collection of receivables.
• Provide job closeout notification and checklist at least two weeks prior to project completion. Follow up to ensure project closeout is completed in a timely and accurate manner, within four weeks after project completion.
• Represent BCCI at all times in a professional manner that is consistent with the company’s values, including maintaining current project-specific knowledge, being prepared for project meetings, proactively communicating with the project team, and meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Contribute to company’s culture, mission and values through thought leadership and actions.
• Manage subcontractor performance in conjunction with Field Operations and take action to resolve performance issues.

Purpose

Prepare, edit, and distribute required project documentation for construction meetings and communication in a timely and accurate manner.
Review and have a thorough understanding of project drawings and subcontractor scope, inclusive of bulletins and owner scope changes. Prepare Potential Change Order and Change Order Requests for review and approval by the Project Manager.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure a timely project closeout.
Coordinate with internal and external project team members to monitor the project schedule and ensure deadlines are met. Update schedule and communicate changes as necessary and as assigned.
As assigned, under the supervision of a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, assume the lead role on the project and exercise project management responsibilities and tasks as required to meet client project goals.
Assist in coaching, mentoring, and training of Project Engineers and new Assistant Project Managers. Be familiar with, adhere to, and model company and departmental policies and procedures.

×BCCI, a part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Superintendent in Mountain View, CA.
Collaborate with project management to provide technical direction, logistical and scheduling support and constructability advice to project team. Provide construction management services to BCCI clients and building owners including scheduling and planning direction to subcontractors, client vendors, and project team. Partner with the Project Manager to accomplish BCCI goals for on time delivery, customer service, quality and financial metrics. Manage the onsite safety program. Provide preconstruction services for specific projects.
