GlobalLogic selected BCCI as the general contractor for its new office at Santa Clara Square. As a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., the build-out was a full-floor reconfiguration of former Hitachi Vantara office space, previously constructed by BCCI, to leverage the company’s unique brand identity and culture. Permit delays and design changes impacted the project. Our team collaborated with subcontractors to procure materials with shorter lead times and found ways to sequence the work to expedite the construction schedule. The refresh included mechanical, electrical, and lighting modifications to support the new layout and new finishes in open office areas, private offices, an executive breakroom, conference rooms, a creativity studio, and demo spaces. Additionally, the improvements were designed and constructed to pursue LEED-CI v4 Silver certification.
