SB Architects selected BCCI for the tenant improvements of its new headquarters in Jackson Square. Located in a brick and timber building originally constructed in 1853, the architecture firm envisioned a resort-living interior that created spaces for connection and spoke to its culture and design sensibilities. A change of use permit was required to convert the ground-level retail space for office use. To fast-track preconstruction and the overall build, a design-build MEPF approach was utilized. The open concept plan with hospitality-style amenities marries the historic building elements with modern custom millwork and glass details, creating a truly inspiring work environment.
