Mobile advertising company CrossInstall selected BCCI Construction to build out its new office at the Hartford Building in San Francisco’s Financial District. BCCI’s team was chosen as a result of their extensive portfolio of successful work for other tenants in the building.
With CrossInstall’s current lease expiring soon, the company was eager to move and settle into the new location. Working with a very compressed project schedule, BCCI utilized our in-house demolition team to expedite the discovery of any constructibility issues and scheduled certain trades to work overtime to manage the tight timeline most effectively. As a result, BCCI’s team was able to complete construction in just 10 weeks so that CrossInstall could move in on time and avoid paying holdover rent. The new workplace which comprises a kitchen/break area, IT rooms, private and open offices, and collaborative open areas, provides employees with an inviting space to work and create.
