Safety is always top of mind. And it shows.
Protecting the health and well-being of every single person on every single project is embedded into the way we work. Proof of this is our recent milestone achievement: over 1,500,000 hours worked without a lost time injury.
When you partner with BCCI, you can count on our safety officer, field operations, and project management teams to create project-specific safety plans, incorporate safety in all project meetings and daily reporting, perform routine jobsite inspections, and hold regular safety training sessions.
BCCI has never been cited or fined by OSHA for unsafe conditions. We consistently maintain a low experience modification rate (EMR) — well below the industry standard, and we have repeatedly been recognized by the Construction Employers Association (CEA) with Excellence in Safety Awards.
Early and proactive dedication to COVID-19 job site protocols.
At the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we immediately authored comprehensive protocols in partnership with environmental health and safety (EHS) consultant EnviroNova.
These protocols follow the most current guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control, Cal/OSHA, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the World Health Organization — and they comply with federal, state, and local public health orders.
