As one of Japan’s fastest growing social mobile gaming companies, GREE took an aggressive approach to expand its global reach, choosing San Francisco for its North American studio. Our team’s involvement during preconstruction and their deep building knowledge of the China Basin facility was imperative to the planning and execution of this fast track, phased interiors tenant improvement project from cold shell condition. Fueled by the firm’s rapid growth, meeting the accelerated schedule was crucial to the success of the project. Permits were obtained quickly by our permit service manager and the construction team remained nimble as the design process and construction implementation occurred simultaneously. The result is an innovative, flexible workspace and brainstorming lounge that meets the collaborative needs of an evolving tech company.
