We were selected as the general contractor for the renovation of international law firm Kirkland & Ellis’ San Francisco financial district office, comprised of two floors of existing space and one floor of former sublease space. The tenant improvements included building private offices and workstations, conference space, a breakroom/café area, an interconnecting staircase, and demolishing and remodeling the base building bathroom cores and elevator lobbies. After the successful delivery of the first two floors, the sublease space was refreshed to match the new finishes in time for the law firm’s Summer Associate Program. All work was completed under enhanced COVID-19 protocols.
