BCCI Construction provided general contractor services for the renovation of a private medical office in Oakland. The project team worked collaboratively through the design and construction process to accomplish an end result that provided a comfortable environment for patients and staff. Construction included full demolition of existing finishes, ACM abatement, and significant above ceiling work to accommodate modifications to the mechanical, lighting and life safety systems. All noise related work was completed off hours to avoid disruption to other building tenants. The new finishes provide a modern aesthetic with new wall coverings, carpeting, custom millwork and sleek hardware. The project was completed in just 10 weeks and successfully achieved the client’s vision for his new office.
