Private equity firm Rockpoint selected BCCI as the general contractor for the build-out of its San Francisco office. The project included a reception area, open office space, private perimeter offices, a conference room, meeting rooms, and a breakroom/pantry space. Communication and coordination were paramount to the project’s success. A 1960s-era acoustical ceiling, required to remain per the building rules and regulations, was incorporated into the modern design and protected during construction. With the adjacent floors occupied by other tenants, our team implemented good neighbor procedures to minimize disruption from construction activities. Supply chain issues impacted lead times for some materials and fixtures; however, our team was able to mitigate those concerns with workable solutions. The result is a showroom-style space with high-quality finishes that exemplify Rockpoint’s vision for its new workplace.
