Our team was selected to provide construction services to transform three floors of existing office space at the Salesforce East office tower into Yelp’s new headquarters. Construction was scheduled to be completed in two phases to meet the company’s occupancy requirements. The project scope included the demolition of nonstructural partitions, new design-build MEP systems and infrastructure upgrades, new finishes reflecting Yelp’s brand, and the addition of an all-gender restroom.
The key to success for this project was communication with the numerous vendors and stakeholders. Our team established clear protocols and held regular coordination meetings to facilitate a collaborative and transparent preconstruction and construction process, leading to the turnover of all floors on time and under budget. And not only that, we achieved a zero punch list for all three floors and were hired to complete an additional project for Yelp at another location.
