After being highly recommended by property management, BCCI was tapped to build out this investment advisory firm’s San Francisco office in the Financial District. The layout of the space includes a reception area, meeting rooms, private offices, and a coffee room/break room. Despite limited time for planning and procurement, BCCI was able to order and receive all materials to meet the project schedule, including marble for the reception desk, custom fluted tile for a feature wall, patterned metal screens, and fabric-covered panels in the conference rooms. The floors were lined with polished concrete, and the ceilings feature Barrisol lighting to mimic the look of skylights. Graphics were applied to select areas to create the illusion of more space. The installation of the high-end finishes required meticulous field coordination and staggered working hours to sequence trades for greater efficiency and ensure the critical milestones of the project were met. The upscale office space was delivered within budget on a five-month, fast-track schedule to the complete satisfaction of the client.
