Following the successful delivery of multiple tenant improvement projects for a global financial institution across Southern and Northern California, BCCI completed a two-and-a-half-floor office build-out in a prominent downtown office tower. The project included new partitions, doors, ceilings, and comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
The scope of work encompassed branded graphics and logo signage, custom millwork, lighting systems, specialty ceilings, glass office fronts, and upgraded elevator lobbies. Additional spaces included MDF and IDF rooms, security systems, collaborative work areas, reception, kitchens and break rooms, mothers’ rooms, a range of meeting and conference rooms, and full audiovisual and video conferencing installations.
