BCCI Construction completed the new Arc’teryx San Francisco store utilizing a complete turnkey design-build approach. The team worked closely with the developer and tenant to meet the budget and project requirements. The project scope included a new topping slab, restroom, MEP systems, low voltage cabling, and retail finishes.

Due to delays with the completion of the base building, interior construction had to be completed in just seven weeks. One key challenge was obtaining a permit for construction due to a large backlog of applications at the building department brought on by the pandemic. Our team successfully managed the permit process to ensure there were no delays with issuance. Furthermore, project milestones were achieved by partnering upfront with our subcontractors, closely tracking material orders to eliminate delays, and our construction team’s meticulous attention to detail on site. The project earned high praise from the client.
