After completing one floor of market-ready office space and ground-level retail at 300 Grant for developer Lincoln Property Company, our team was onboarded for the integrated delivery of another retail location, this time for jewelry company Brilliant Earth’s headquarters. Working with Brilliant Earth’s design specifications, our team designed two showrooms and back-of-house office space for day-to-day operations. Our construction team worked very closely with the design team to ensure all of the details were executed per the plan. The space features a neutral palette, with elegant paneling, glass storefronts, and marble finishes, allowing the sparkle and shine of the client’s ethically sourced jewelry to be the focus of attention. Using an integrated approach for design and construction enabled the fast-track build-out to complete on time and meet the client’s desired opening date.


“Our first project with BCCI was to complete a spec suite as well as a retail space in a newly developed building in San Francisco. Our task was to deliver two tenant improvement projects which would be the first tenant deliverables in the building. We had priced the projects out to multiple contractors and design groups but were intrigued by the all-encompassing integrated delivery method with BCCI.
