Our extensive work experience at 555 California led Centerview Partners to choose BCCI to build its new San Francisco office. With unique window conditions, above ceiling conflicts, and trenching limitations, design and construction in the tower can be challenging without knowledge of the existing infrastructure.
Centerview’s new workplace includes open office space, private offices, conference rooms, break areas, storage, and copy rooms. BCCI was able to find cost savings with lighting alternates, use of laminate instead of solid surface tops on millwork, and the addition of a supplemental mechanical system. Floors were leveled and prepped for the installation of demountable office front systems in lieu of traditional construction. Despite a tight project budget and timeline, BCCI’s team delivered an unparalleled work environment that conveys professionalism and supports the company’s future growth.
