Our team was selected for the complete demolition and fast-track build-back of new office space for a cloud-based e-commerce company in the ROW DTLA district. The client’s goal was to improve the work environment to reflect its vibrant and inclusive culture and to better optimize the utilization of space. The tenant improvements included the build-out of a podcast room, a video conference room, a workroom, a server room, several phone booths, and an open plan consulting space.
