BCCI renovated the existing 4th floor terrace at 221 Main, a Class A high-rise office building located in San Francisco’s South Financial District and owned by Columbia Property Trust. The roof deck patio and garden space is exclusively for tenant use and features gorgeous views of downtown. BCCI constructed a new roof and then built out the deck over the top using various paver elevations enclosed by glass railings. Radius stainless steel planters create separate entertaining areas for outdoor activities. Integrated lighting provides a unique, modern aesthetic. For events, a complete exterior audiovisual system was installed, and an outdoor bar was constructed. Additionally, synthetic turf was installed for yoga and lawn games.
