Having previously worked with Woods Bagot on the build-out of their San Francisco office space, BCCI Construction was hired once again for the build-out of their new office located on the 19th floor at 88 Kearny Street. Our project team worked with Woods Bagot beginning in schematic design, meeting weekly to discuss and refine design concepts, provide iterative pricing, and present recommendations for alternate options while maintaining the design intent. Our early involvement led to a reduction in overall cost and proved the value of partnering early to align constructability, budget, and schedule.
