BCCI was engaged to complete a comprehensive renovation of the roof level of an existing four-story office building. The scope of work encompassed structural, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support the construction of a new rooftop deck.

Key features of the build-out included the installation of a new Limited Use/Limited Application (LULA) elevator, a wet bar, an open-air trellis, and a bocce ball court constructed atop a raised pedestal paver system. Structural enhancements were made to support the elevator, a new exit access stair, and the trellis structure.

Electrical upgrades included the addition of lighting and power systems, as well as updates to the fire alarm and voice evacuation systems to meet current code requirements. Roofing work involved capping and replacing the existing membrane, along with the installation of planter boxes, landscape paver trays, and a new irrigation system to support the rooftop landscaping.
