BCCI has been a valuable construction partner for Adobe, building the respect and trust of real estate and facilities teams and resulting in the award of over ten floors of interiors renovations at the company’s San Jose headquarters. Recent projects have included transforming traditional workspace into open office environments with phone rooms, video conference rooms, kitchens, a cafe, and a new 20,900 square-foot professional fitness center and spa.
A design-build delivery method has been utilized for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler system modifications to support the new space plans. Having been designed and built to meet LEED Gold equivalency, the renovated floors have evolved the company’s workplace into an open and collaborative environment with a focus on sustainability. BCCI’s ability to offer a solutions-based approach towards overcoming constructability challenges and finding opportunities for cost savings has produced a consistent and smooth construction process. BCCI continues to provide construction services in support of Adobe’s real estate goals at both the San Jose and San Francisco campuses.
