Lowe Enterprises partnered with BCCI as the general contractor for the renovation of four office buildings at Clearview Business Park. The multi-phased design-build project was completed ahead of schedule and involved complete interior demolition, ACM abatement, seismic and ADA upgrades along with major mechanical and electrical systems improvements. Exterior improvements included the addition of a new EIFS building envelope and entry storefronts. Site enhancements at the 22-acre site entailed tree removal landscaping, parking lot re-surfacing and campus-wide improvements for pedestrian access.
