BCCI was engaged to perform the initial tenant build-out for this global law firm’s San Francisco office, transforming the space into a high-end, acoustically optimized workplace. The project included full-height walls, a drop-down ceiling system, glass partitions, and acoustically insulated offices, along with new MEP systems to support modern office requirements. The build provided private offices, conference rooms, a lobby, a lounge, and a breakroom, all designed to balance functionality, privacy, and comfort for employees.
Following the successful delivery of the initial office space, BCCI was retained for an expansion that included an interconnecting stair, additional offices and conference rooms, a new breakroom, and a refreshed reception on the 31st floor. The expansion required careful coordination to integrate new systems with the existing build-out and maintain uninterrupted operations. Close collaboration with the client, designers, and consultants ensured the space met stringent acoustic and aesthetic requirements, delivering a seamless, high-performance office environment.
