After building two Bay Area locations, global public relations company and longtime client Edelman selected BCCI to construct its new two-story Los Angeles office space. Our team provided extensive preconstruction services to align the design, budget, and schedule. An early demolition permit was obtained to optimize the project schedule and complete the demo scope before full mobilization. The two-phase project included a ground floor café environment and a workplace floor with multiple conference rooms and open workstations. The creative office space is adorned with custom finishes and provides a comfortable environment for employees and clients to gather and collaborate.
