Following extensive planning and preconstruction services, Our team successfully delivered a 35,000-square-foot, ground-up development in the heart of Palo Alto. Designed to support ground-floor retail, two levels of office space, and an integrated parking garage, the building is now complete and tenant-ready.
Throughout preconstruction and construction, BCCI collaborated closely with the design team and key trade partners to identify value engineering opportunities and design alternatives. These efforts streamlined construction, enhanced buildability, and reduced overall project costs by more than 10%, while maintaining a high standard of quality and performance.
The completed building features premium interior amenities that elevate the tenant experience, including cold plunge pools, steam rooms, showers, and thoughtfully designed common areas. Targeting LEED Platinum certification and net-zero energy performance, the project integrates high-efficiency building systems, sustainable strategies, and elevated finishes throughout.
