Building on our proven track record of delivering high-quality projects at 555 Mission, BCCI was selected as the general contractor for a new amenity center designed to elevate the tenant experience and attract new occupants to the building. The space features a thoughtfully curated lounge, coffee bar, conference center, golf simulator room, and fitness center. Throughout the project, BCCI and our trade partners remained focused on budget efficiency, proactively identifying value engineering opportunities that resulted in significant cost savings. We collaborated closely during design development, offering practical solutions for specialized areas including the golf simulator, fitness center, and grab-and-go station. Additionally, we recommended adjustments to the sauna and grease interceptor power plans, which minimized schedule impacts and enhanced overall quality. Through seamless coordination with the client, vendors, and design team, we successfully delivered a vibrant, multifunctional space that enhances tenant satisfaction and supports long-term leasing goals
