Our team completed a full renovation of a law firm’s Silicon Valley office in a Class A office tower. The scope included complete demolition, infrastructure upgrades, and a full fit-out across five floors, with new conference facilities, private offices, and collaborative work areas.

The team worked closely with all stakeholders throughout the project. To minimize disruption, Skadden temporarily relocated to a swing space during construction. The renovation incorporated sustainable construction practices, including environmentally responsible materials, energy-efficient systems, and waste-reduction strategies.

The completed office includes a conference center for client meetings and firm-wide events, private offices, administrative and support spaces, collaboration areas, gender-neutral restrooms, MDF rooms, and copy/print rooms. The result is a modern, functional workspace designed to support the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term needs.
